
Enterprise Group PLC today participated in the “Facts Behind the Figures” forum, organized by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), at Cedi House, Accra.
The platform allowed the Company to present its strategic initiatives, financial performance and long-term value creation model to the investing public, capital market stakeholders and the media.
Presenting at the forum, Mr. Daniel Larbi-Tieku, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enterprise Group PLC, alongside Mr. Michael Tyson, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), shared detailed operational and financial insights into the Company’s recent performance and growth trajectory.
Speaking on the Group's strategic direction and business performance, Mr. Daniel Larbi-Tieku stated, “Our H1 2026 performance demonstrates that Enterprise Group' remains solid, has a strong brand and continues to meet its obligations to its customers and stakeholders. We have delivered strong growth in revenue and profitability while continuing to invest in our people, our customers, digital transformation and the long-term sustainability of the Group. The Group is on track to complete its three-year strategic plan in 2027. Behind the numbers is a deliberate focus on building enduring businesses that create value for customers, shareholders and society."
Elaborating on the financial position and resilience of the Group, Mr. Michael Tyson highlighted the underlying fundamentals driving revenue and profitability across Enterprise Group's operational subsidiaries, "The first half results reflect not only growth, but the quality of that growth. Net revenue increased by 21.7%, profit before tax grew by 35.1% and operating expense growth was contained at 5.2%, demonstrating our commitment to disciplined execution, prudent capital management and sustainable profitability.
Our operating priorities for 2026 are:
Driving risk solutions within the insurance businesses to generate healthier revenues and improved margins preserving financial strength while positioning the Group for continued growth."

All in all, we expect 2026 to conclude with improved revenues and profits”.
