Kwadwo joins Enterprise with a wealth of varied and dynamic experience across the Ghanaian market.

Before his current position with Enterprise Properties, he was the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate Ghana, where he had overall responsibility for in-country operations from property and facilities management to corporate real estate services, research, and brokerage services.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kwadwo was the Country Manager for African Management Services Company (AMSCO), a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), African Development Bank (ADB), and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

He holds a BA from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg.
