Fiifi has over 30 years of experience in Taxation, accounting, auditing, banking and asset management in both the public and private sector.
He holds a first degree in Business Administration (Accounting major) from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Birmingham (UK).
Fiifi's career started with the Internal Revenue Service (Now Ghana Revenue Authority) as a tax auditor and subsequently seconded to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning as a project accountant for a project funded by the World Bank, DFID and Government of Ghana.
He played a pioneering role in the startup of First Atlantic Merchant Bank in 1995 and worked for seventeen years in various capacities in the Bank.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), GARIA, and the Internal Auditors Association of Ghana.
He currently is an executive director of Afina Asset Management Company, licensed by the SEC, and a partner of BACK Consult, a firm of Chartered Accountants.
