If a customer is dissatisfied with our internal resolution of a complaint, they can contact the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) through the following:

If a customer is still not satisfied, they can further escalate their complaint to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) using this link

Where the customer is still dissatisfied with the decision of the National Insurance Commission, they can resort to Alternate Dispute Resolutions by appointing a lawyer who can mediate on their behalf.
