If a customer is still not satisfied, they can further escalate their complaint to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) using this link https://complaints.naicom.gov.ng/

Where the customer is still dissatisfied with the decision of the National Insurance Commission, they can resort to Alternate Dispute Resolutions by appointing a lawyer who can mediate on their behalf.
