Kwadwo holds a wealth of varied and dynamic experience across the Ghanaian market and other markets in Africa. Before joining Enterprise Properties in 2019, he was the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate Ghana, where he had overall responsibility for in-country operations from property and facilities management to corporate real estate services, research and brokerage services.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kwadwo was the Country Manager for African Management Services Company (AMSCO), a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), African Development Bank (ADB) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Over the past 20 years, Kwadwo has acquired rich professional experience that cuts across several sectors from corporate real estate services (leasing, property and facilities management) to integrated human capital development and investment banking.

He holds a BA from University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, South Africa
