Eugene is an astute architect by profession with over a decade’s experience in the built environment fraternity. His expertise spans other associated fields in addition to procurement.

Prior to joining Enterprise Properties, he worked as a Facilities Specialist Consultant at CBRE Excellerate and also worked at Broll Ghana Limited as Operations Manager of the Facilities Management Division.

Eugene has been involved in a number of projects across many industry sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, mixed use and residential. He possesses the industry acumen  to execute contracts, manage vendors, effectively plan and manage projects, implement workplace solutions, space planning and design as well as developing and managing budget for Capex and Opex expenses.

He is an ardent soccer enthusiast and loves to travel with his family.
