Enterprise Properties Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company under the companies’ code 1963 (Act 179) on the 4th February 2011.

The first major phase of Enterprise Properties development began with the construction of a sixteen (16) Block Luxury Home Apartments located in the serene environs of Roman Ridge Area Airport.

In 2013, Enterprise Properties commenced another major project at Seventh Avenue Ridge. This ultra-modern office complex for the Group with the primary objective of renting and for investment purposes was completed in 2017. The iconic office complex has fourteen (14) level structures with adequate underground plus eight (8) level vehicles parking which will accommodate all the Enterprise Group subsidiaries and shall have additional office space for rental by other corporate entities.

Over the last 5-6  years, we have successfully, after the development of Advantage Place, the ultra-modern office complex for the Group, transformed the company from a one-stop shop which was involved in both real estate development and real estate management to a company focused on real estate management only of the Group’s portfolio.

As a member of the Enterprise Group we have been providing services for Enterprise Group Limited (EGL), Enterprise Insurance Company (Insurance), Enterprise Life Assurance Company (Life) and Enterprise Trustees Limited (Trustees) all of which are subsidiaries of EGL. We have been at the forefront of lease negotiations, property acquisitions, refurbishment and renovations and the standardization of office space for all these companies.

Our current portfolio is made up of approximately 73,000 square meters of space under management.
