Fiifi has over 30 years of experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, banking and asset management in both the public and private sector.
He holds a first degree in Business Administration (Accounting major) from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Birmingham (UK).
Fiifi's career started with the Internal Revenue Service (Now Ghana Revenue Authority) as a tax auditor and subsequently seconded to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning as a project accountant for a project funded by the World Bank, DFID and the Government of Ghana.
He played a pioneering role in the startup of First Atlantic Merchant Bank in 1995 and worked for seventeen years in various capacities in the Bank.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana) and the Internal Auditors Association of Ghana. He is also an insolvency practitioner and a member of Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA).
