Cynthia oversees the Legal, Governance and Compliance functions of Enterprise Group, which provide strategic legal advisory and corporate governance support for the Group’s multifaceted operations.

She has over fifteen (15) years of extensive experience in providing legal counsel and leading in high profile corporate and commercial transactions, as well as company secretarial and governance services. Before joining Enterprise Group in 2019, she served as the Managing Associate of JLD & MB Legal Consultancy, a premier law firm based in Accra, Ghana. Additionally, her professional background includes tenure with Gyandoh Asmah & Co. where her primary focus was on dispute resolution.

Cynthia’s academic laurels include an LL.M from University of California (Berkeley), a Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B (Hons) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST). In addition, she is a Certified Data Protection Supervisor with the Data Protection Commission; Certified Compliance Professional with the Global Academy of Finance & Management; and holder of a Certificate in Business Law from University of California (Berkeley).

Cynthia is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and enjoys reading, tourism and watching sports and movies.
