Mrs. Ocran has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Ghana. She was the Executive Director and Co- founder of Combert Impressions Ltd and is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Legacy and Legacy. She runs an annual motivational and career guidance tour around Ghana which serves as a platform for the nation's leading public and private sector leaders to interact with the youth.

Mrs Ocran is a board member of the Ghana Society for the Blind and the Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literary and Bible Translation. She is a fellow of the West Africa Nobles Forum, Aspen Global Leaders Network, Colorado and the African Leadership Institute.
