Benjamin Arthur has extensive experience in the design, development and deployment of IT and Digital Banking solutions, IT Resources Management and IT Project Delivery. He previously worked with Universal Merchant Bank Ghana Ltd (UMB) where he served in IT and Electronic Banking roles.

He is joining Enterprise Group from UBA Ghana where he served as Deputy Head of IT, Head of IT and Regional Head of Project Delivery and Support for West Africa having successfully worked with teams across Liberia, Benin Republic, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso and Cote D’Ivoire to deploy various digital banking solutions.

He holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) in Marketing Management from Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM), a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), as well as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
