The Enterprise Group Plc currently has six operating subsidiaries, namely, Enterprise Insurance Ltd, Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd, Enterprise Trustees Ltd, Enterprise Properties Ltd, Acacia Health Insurance Ltd and Enterprise Funeral Services Ghana Ltd (Transitions).

Enterprise Group Plc is the leading provider of financial services in Ghana.Enterprise Group Plc has a partnership with Black Star Holdings Limited (BHSL). Black Star Holdings Limited (BSHL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leapfrog Strategic African Investments (LSAI), which is a separate account managed by Leapfrog Investments, and in which Prudential Financial, Inc., USA (PFI) is the primary investor.

Under the transaction, BSHL has acquired Sanlam's stake in the three subsidiary companies of Enterprise Group Plc: Enterprise Insurance Ltd, Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd, Enterprise Trustees Ltd as well as Enterprise Properties Ltd.

Enterprise Insurance Ltd

Enterprise Insurance Ltd (EIC) is a subsidiary of Enterprise Group PLC. Since our establishment in 1924, we have provided the very best in insurance services to our cherished clients and supported the businesses of our stakeholders.

Enterprise Insurance Ltd is independently rated in the AA category by the Global Rating Agency of South Africa, which means we have a “very high claims paying ability”. For our clients this simply means we have the financial strength and ability to ensure that all valid claims are promptly settled.

Enterprise Trustees Ltd

Enterprise Trustees Ltd is the Group’s pensions subsidiary. It is licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority under the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766) as a Corporate Trustee to administer Tiers 2 and 3 Pensions Schemes.

The Company ranks among the biggest pension administrators in Ghana with a portfolio of over 27 schemes (including Employer Sponsored, Master Trust and Personal Pension Schemes) worth over GHS 690M.

Enterprise Properties Ltd

Enterprise Properties Ltd ensures the Group's assets are put to the best and most efficient use, providing facilities that meet the strictest international standards while making a good return on investment for shareholders.

Its maiden project was Enterprise Gardens in Roman Ridge, a project undertaken jointly with Taysec Construction.

Its current project is a 14-floor office complex located on 7th Avenue, Ridge West, Accra.

Enterprise Funeral Services Ghana Ltd

EFSG operates as a provider of comprehensive funeral services from the iconic funeral home in Haatso.

Under a Distribution Agreement with Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd, EFSG sells funeral insurance policies which, on maturity, will be used to cover the cost of a funeral arranged by Enterprise Funeral Services. EFSG will operate under the name ‘Transitions’.

It is wholly-owned by Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd.
