Building the Next Generation of Leaders at Enterprise Group

Enterprise Group has launched a Group-wide Mentorship Programme as part of its ongoing commitment to developing talent, strengthening leadership capacity, and supporting long-term business sustainability.

The six-month programme brings together experienced leaders across the Group to mentor high-potential employees and emerging talent, creating a structured platform for knowledge transfer, career development, and cross-functional  / cross subsidiary exposure.

Designed as a key pillar of Enterprise’s broader capacity-building strategy, the initiative complements existing development tools such as formal training, job rotations, and coaching — with a strong focus on practical learning and measurable outcomes.

Participants in the programme include mid-level managers, specialists and employees transitioning into new roles, paired with seasoned leaders who bring diverse experience across functions and subsidiaries.

The programme is expected to:

• Accelerate leadership and specialist capability
• Strengthen succession pipelines for critical roles
• Enhance cross-subsidiary collaboration
• Improve employee engagement and retention

Speaking on the initiative, the Group HR Head, Mrs Eva Richter-Addo, emphasised that investing in people remains central to Enterprise’s growth strategy, particularly in an evolving business environment.

Beyond individual development, the programme is also designed to strengthen institutional knowledge, ensuring continuity and resilience across the organisation.

The mentorship journey will include structured engagements, periodic check-ins, and a final programme evaluation, with insights expected to inform future talent development strategies across the Group.
