Alice Osei-Sintim is the Head of Operations, at Enterprise Life Gambia. She has over a decade and a half of experience in the Insurance industry. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring the smooth running of all the units under the operations department as well as leading the organisation to use various technology solutions to provide exceptional customer experience.

Prior to assuming this role, she served in various departments as the Unit Head for Underwriting, Customer Service and Premium Administration, at Enterprise Life Ghana.

She is also the ISO/IEC 27001 lead implementor for Enterprise Life, Gambia.

She is a goal-getter and a results-oriented lady who has a passion for learning, career growth, change and innovation.

She's a Chartered Insurer by profession, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG).

She's a member and a former executive of the Chartered Insurance Ladies Association of Ghana (CILAG).

Alice holds a BSc. Hons. in Business Administration, Insurance option from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland (UK).

She has been a leader of the Ladies Ministry of Church of Christ, Legon since 2006, serving in various capacities. She has a passion for training and mentoring young ladies.

She is happily married and blessed with three adorable children.
