Enterprise Group PLC has made the following Executive Management and Board changes effective 3rd April 2023:

Mr. Trevor Trefgarne will retire as Chairman of the Group Board after 25 years in that role. He will, however, remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Kell Gadzekpo, the Group Chief Executive Officer who turned 60 years in 2022, will retire from that position and assume the role of Group Board Chairman.

Mr. Daniel Larbi-Tierku, the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, will take over from Mr. Gadzekpo as the Group Chief Executive Officer.
