Muhammed Gaye has been part of Enterprise Life Gambia since 1st September 2022. He joined as an HR Service Delivery officer and within a short period, understood the operations of the business and became a key member of the team. In July 2024, he was appointed Business Development Manager.

He has over 10 years of working experience in various industries.

Prior to joining Enterprise Life, Muhammed worked as a Branch Manager with Derby City Waffles LLC, a Senior Staffing Manager with Elwood Staffing, Talent Acquisition Specialist with People Scout and a Human Resources Specialist with Seeker Solution LLC.

Muhammed has a degree in Accounting and Business, and a Master of Business Administration. He is also a Certified Staffing Professional, Employment Law from the American Staffing Association and a Certified Accounting Technician with ACCA and is a Partly Qualified Chartered Accountant.
