Isatou joined Enterprise Life in 2020 to expand the group life business and handle human resources. Isatou worked as a Resolution Case Manager for one of the largest Insurance Companies in Canada called Sun Life Financial. She has over eight years of experience in client relationships, managing people, fostering partnerships and creating innovative business processes.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with a specialization in International Relations and Global governance from the University of Waterloo. Isatou has a keen interest in ensuring client’s needs are met, focus on customer centricity and looking out for the welfare of the staff. She pushes the corporate risk portfolio of Enterprise Life through partnerships with other businesses, while strengthening existing relationships.
