Fatoumata is a financial services professional, with over 13 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Assets & Liability Management and Branch Management garnered from her working experience with Guaranty Trust Bank and Ecobank in The Gambia.

Her key achievements include managing one of the biggest Ecobank Branches in the Gambia, being an Area Manager for four (4) Ecobank branches and winning the Managing Director’s Award for Excellence and Commitment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies & Sociology from the University of The Gambia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Population & Development from the same university. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Gambia.

Fatoumata has a passion for community service and has served as President of a Youth Advocacy Group, GAMCOTRAP, which promotes female reproductive health and children’s rights.

She joined the Enterprise Family as Country Manager for Enterprise Life Gambia on January 4, 2021, where her skills in leadership, customer centricity and team building will be harnessed to move the business to the next level.

She is married with children.
