Fatoumata is a highly accomplished financial services professional with over 17 years of experience in Relationship Management, Asset & Liability Management, and Branch Management. She has honed her expertise through her tenure at Guaranty Trust Bank and Ecobank in The Gambia.

Throughout her career, Fatoumata has achieved significant milestones, including managing one of the largest Ecobank branches in The Gambia and serving as an Area Manager overseeing four Ecobank branches. Her dedication and exceptional performance earned her the prestigious Managing Director’s Award for Excellence and Commitment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies and Sociology, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Population and Development, both from the University of The Gambia. Additionally, she has obtained a master's degree in public administration from the same institution.

Fatoumata is also passionate about community service. She has served as the President of GAMCOTRAP, a Youth Advocacy Group dedicated to promoting female reproductive health and children’s rights.

In January 2021, she joined the Enterprise Family as the Country Manager for Enterprise Life Gambia. In this role, she leverages her skills in leadership, customer centricity, and team building to drive the business forward and achieve new heights.

Fatoumata is married and is a proud mother. She is also an active member of the Finance Leadership community, contributing her insights and expertise to foster growth and innovation in the financial sector.
