Theresa Aggrey serves as the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Enterprise Trustees Limited, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks. Her role ensures that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of integrity and operational excellence.

She began her career with the Enterprise Group in 2003 as a Personal Assistant to the Executives of Enterprise Insurance. In 2011, she joined Enterprise Trustees as a PA and Administrative Support to the Executive Committee. Through her commitment and in-depth understanding of governance and compliance systems, Theresa progressed into leadership, earning her current role as Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. She also serves as the Board Secretary for all five Master Trust Schemes under Enterprise Trustees.

Theresa is a Certified Compliance Officer with additional credentials in Pensions Management and Governance. She is also a certified Data Protection Supervisor and an ISO 22301 Lead Implementer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Known for her strong administrative acumen and deep expertise in governance practices, Theresa continues to play a critical role in supporting the strategic direction and regulatory standing of the company.
