Hilda is the Assistant General Manager, Advisory and Marketing. She is responsible for driving New Business Growth, Customer Experience Management and Marketing. She took over the role in April 2022. Prior to this, she was the Assistant General Manager Operations in charge of driving service delivery and back-office operations.

Hilda has over 15 years’ experience in Enterprise Group Plc performing various roles in which she showed her knack for driving efficiency through automation, operations management and quality assurance in service delivery standards.

Prior to joining Enterprise Trustees Ltd, she worked as Head of Policy Administration for Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd Ghana where she was responsible for customer service across the country.

Hilda holds an MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, and a BA (hons) degree in Geography and Resource Development, from the University of Ghana.
