With over 15 years of experience in Life Insurance and Pensions, Ransford has held several leadership roles within Enterprise Life, where he consistently delivered innovative solutions and achieved strong business outcomes.

He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, a Diploma in Insurance from the Malta International Training Centre, and an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Strategic Investment of Pension Funds from the National Pensions College.
