Her expertise includes strategic business execution, process optimization, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and building high-performing teams. 

 

She has held senior leadership roles across Operations, Advisory & Marketing and Policy Administration, with a strong track record of establishing and transforming operational functions, driving business growth, improving service delivery and implementing technology-enabled solutions. 

 

Hilda holds a master's degree in Local & Regional Development from the Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and has undertaken Organizational Leadership at Stellenbosch Business School.
