Alfred holds a bachelors in Bsc. Human Resource Management and an MBA (HRM Option) from the Methodist University College of Ghana. Alfred is responsible for Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance Management and other core HR duties that support the business to achieve strategic objectives of the organization.

Prior to joining Enterprise Group Plc, he worked as HR Officer for Unique Insurance Company Limited. Alfred has played various roles in the HR space for Enterprise Group Plc, first he worked for Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd Ghana as a Unit Head HR where he played a supporting role for managing Recruitment, Training and Core HR Operations. He also worked as Bancassurance Liaison Officer between Standard Chartered Bank and Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd Ghana.

Alfred has passion for youth development and capacity building and is currently involved as a youth leader in his local congregation.
