Another major project that has just been executed by EPL is the ultra-modern office complex for the Group with the primary objective of renting and for investment purposes located at Seventh Avenue Ridge.

The iconic office complex has fourteen (14) level structures with adequate underground plus two (2) level vehicles parking which will accommodate all the Enterprise Group subsidiaries and shall have additional office space for rental by other corporate entities.
