• Enterprise Gardens (Roman Ridge, Airport Area) - A 16-block luxury residential complex in a serene, high-value neighbourhood, offering proximity to the Central Business District and Kotoka International Airport. This project was developed in collaboration with Taysec Construction.
• Advantage Place (Seventh Avenue, Ridge West, Accra) – A 14-story ultra-modern commercial property that serves as the headquarters of Enterprise Group and provides premium office spaces for corporate tenants.

However, as the industry evolved, so did EPL’s scope. The company’s mandate expanded to include facilities management, project management, space management, research, advisory services and lease administration, delivering comprehensive real estate solutions tailored to the Group’s unique requirements.

Following the completion of Advantage Place, EPL transitioned its focus exclusively to real estate management – a strategic shift aimed at optimising the Group’s asset performance, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering superior real estate services. This transformation led to EPL’s rebranding in 2019 as the Group’s Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) provider, marking a pivotal moment in its journey. The company’s expanded vision included transforming underperforming or non-income-generating properties into high-quality, income-generating assets.

Today, EPL’s service portfolio encompasses facilities management, project management, property management, brokerage services, research, and advisory services. EPL manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 73,000 square metres across Enterprise Group PLC's subsidiaries in Ghana, Nigeria and The Gambia, which include Enterprise Insurance LTD, Enterprise Life Assurance LTD, Enterprise Trustees LTD,  Enterprise Funeral Services LTD(Transitions Ghana), Acacia Health Insurance LTD, Enterprise Life Gambia LTD, and Enterprise Life Nigeria LTD.
