
Enterprise Properties LTD (EPL), the corporate real estate subsidiary of Enterprise Group, has successfully completed the execution of the groundbreaking Butterfly Project.
As part of Enterprise Group PLC’s Corporate Social Initiative (CSI), the Butterfly Project was launched in collaboration with the Databank Foundation on November 28, 2024, reflecting their shared commitment to social impact and inclusivity.
The Butterfly Project, a first-of-its-kind facility in Ghana, is a significant step forward in providing affordable early intervention services, care, support, and respite for children with developmental, cognitive, and physical impairments. The project marks a significant milestone in transforming care for children of all abilities in Ghana.
The execution of this project was entrusted to Enterprise Properties LTD (EPL)’s project management team, led by Elom Akosua Sosu who worked in partnership with Arch Xenus, a dynamic team of female contractors.

The Construction began in September 2023, with the facility becoming operational in February 2024 and fully completed in July 2024. The Facility, designed as a safe and nurturing environment, ensures that children with developmental, cognitive, and physical impairments can access the specialized care they need to thrive.
This achievement highlights the power of strategic collaborations and dedication to community well-being. EPL by this project has demonstrated its technical prowess and its role in bringing impactful visions to life. By the completion of this project, EPL has reinforced its capability of delivering transformative projects that align with Enterprise Group’s vision of driving impactful social responsibilities that leave lasting legacies in the communities it serves.
