Albert holds a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University Scotland, a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

He is also an Associate of the Actuarial Society of Ghana and holds a DAT from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK .

He has been with the company since February 2006 when he was appointed as the first Actuarial Officer and has risen through the various levels and is currently Assistant General Manager, Actuarial.
