Henry heads the finance section at Acacia. He is responsible for ensuring sound financial management, coordinating all financial activities that support the growth of Acacia Health Insurance, and reporting timely and accurately to the Enterprise Group.

Henry began his career in 1996 as an Audit Assistant at KPMG-Ghana, where he worked for about two years and moved on to AngloGold Ashanti. He was with AngloGold’s Audit Department, where he audited all the subsidiaries of the mining giant both within and outside Ghana. Henry had risen to the position of Deputy Audit Manager at the time of his leaving AngloGold Ashanti.

He moved to Safebond Africa Company Limited (a Maritime Operating Company) in 2006 as the Group Internal Audit Manager, where he oversaw their operations in Ghana and Liberia till 2011.

In 2012 Henry joined the pioneering team which started Acacia and was responsible for Finance and Administration until Acacia Health Insurance was fully acquired by the Enterprise Group in 2021.

Henry holds a BSc. Administration (Accounting) and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ghana. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

Henry is an ardent farmer and loves nature. He is married with two children.
