Mr. Leslie Ditsa is the Head of Business Technology Solutions at Enterprise Trustees.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial/insurance industry, Leslie plays a pivotal role in the company’s Technology framework where he oversees organizational alignment to business strategy and service delivery.

Prior to joining Enterprise Trustees, he worked with Enterprise Life Assurance LTD under the server administration division where he was responsible for network configuration, backup and IT disaster recovery.

He later transcended into the software division as the concept design expert with partners in Cape Town South Africa (Orfeo Project).

As a Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS), Leslie is a member of renowned professional associations such as CompTIA and ISACA. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science from Valley View University.

Outside work, Leslie loves listening to music and adopts farming as a hobby.
