Worlanyo Aidam currently serves as Head of Growth at Enterprise Funeral Services (Transitions), where he leads efforts to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and create long-term value for the business.

Worlanyo started his career in 2001 with AC Nielsen a global market research and data analytics firm as a Research Officer. He joined the Standard Chartered Bank Direct Sales team in 2004 as a Sales Executive and later as a Sales Team Manager. In 2012, He joined the distribution team of Enterprise Life where he served as Sales Manager in Tema and Branch Manager in Takoradi.

In 2021, Worlanyo joined Enterprise Funeral Services (Transitions) as the Branch Manager - Operations.

Worlanyo Aidam is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a strong passion for excellence. He is a Chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute Ghana (CIIG).

He holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Marketing from Methodist University Ghana, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
