Rev. Banister Tay is the current Head of Operations with Enterprise Funeral Services (Transitions).

Prior to his appointment, He was the Branch Manager for Enterprise Funeral Services (Transitions) and the Unit Head of Special Markets Division, Enterprise Life.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies and Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds Advance Diploma in Insurance and a Master's degree in Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary in Legon, Ghana.

He is a Reverend Minister and founder of Heal Our Nations, a young faith-based organization giving hope, encouragement, and direction to many underprivileged youths within the poor communities in Accra.
