Dzifa holds a degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management from Valley View University and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business. She has over eleven (11) years working experience in HR.
Dzifa started her career with one of Ghana’s leading trade unions - UNICOF before joining Unilever as a Future Leader (Management Trainee). She worked in several capacities with Unilever including Asst. HR Business Partner Supply Chain, Project Lead, Finance Information Management & Expense System, Project Lead, HR Service Delivery, Talent/Leadership Development Manager, West Africa (Ghana and Francophone West Africa) and HR Business Partner Marketing, Ghana & Nigeria whilst supporting the business as Diversity & Inclusivity (D&I) Lead for Ghana & Nigeria before joining Enterprise Life as a Senior Manager, HR.
Notable achievements include leading the Unilever Ghana HR Team to win three (3) awards and the Overall Best Organization in HR Practice award at the 2017 IHRMP HR Ghana Star Awards. She has also driven talent attraction through a robust Employer Brand Strategy which resulted in Unilever Ghana being adjudged a Top Employer Certification three (3) years in a row and two (2) years in a row for Unilever Cote D’Ivoire whilst receiving No. 1 Top Employer in FMCG twice for Ghana and first time ever for Cote D’Ivoire.
In her current role, Dzifa is passionate about talent and leadership development, strategic HR business partnering, change management, employer branding and the end-to-end employee experience. The overall aim is to ensure she is offering value added business partnering to drive the business and move it to the next level. Dzifa enjoys mentoring young people who are passionate about their personal and professional development.
