Alex holds a first degree in BSc. Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Accra.

He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana, and a Mentor of the Central Leadership Programme of International Central Gospel Church.

Prior to joining Enterprise Life in 2013, Alex worked with Ashesi University College as the Human Resource Manager for 4 years, during which time he also served as a Volunteer Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Leadership courses at the college.

Alex started his human resource career in 2002 at Kasapa Telecom, now Expresso Telecom as a Training and Recruitment Officer and worked in several functional areas of HR before becoming the Senior HR Officer from 2007 – 2009. He also worked with Golden Tulip, Kumasi City as Head of HR.

In 2019, Alex transitioned from HR to Sales and currently heads the Agency Channel of the Distribution function of Enterprise Life. He is passionate about leading a client relationship-focused agency team who are keen on delivering on the promise of the Enterprise Advantage to all.
