With over 22 years of progressive insurance industry experience in various business and team leadership roles, she has a deep knowledge of the insurance value chain and has a proven track record of transforming and leading operational teams to deliver high performance. She is highly skilled at developing and maintaining strong business relationships that drive bottom-line results.

Her extensive technical knowledge and operational strategy experience has contributed  significantly quality assurance in all aspects of the business, from client service excellence to critical reinsurance negotiations.

Akosua holds an Msc. in Global Management from University of Salford, UK. and an LLB Degree from the University of Hull, (UK).
