He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cape Coast.
Paul provides strong leadership in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational performance, with a proven ability to establish robust accounting and control systems that support transparency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. His expertise spans strategy formulation and execution, budgeting and performance management, financial reporting, risk assessment and mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
