Jadesola Olorunrinu is a seasoned insurance executive with over two decades of experience across technical operations, claims management, reinsurance administration, and customer experience. She currently serves as Executive Director, Technical at Enterprise Life Assurance Company (Nigeria) Limited, and previously held the role of Chief Technical Officer at Tangerine Life Insurance. Known for her results-driven leadership, she focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening processes, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
She began her career at Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited in 1999 and later played a key role in establishing the Life Department and Travel Insurance Unit at Unitrust Insurance Plc before joining UBA Insurance (formerly UBA Metropolitan Life). Jadesola holds a degree in Insurance and postgraduate qualifications, including a Master’s from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She is widely recognized for her expertise in retail and group life, bancassurance, microinsurance, and pensions administration, and has contributed actively to industry initiatives and professional development programs.
Monday Obodo (FCA, ACTI, HND) is a seasoned internal audit professional with over 20 years’ experience covering Internal Auditing, Internal Control and Accounting spanning various industries including micro banking, consulting, haulage and logistics and a 12-year involvement in the Insurance Industry.
He is presently the Internal Audit Manager supervising the Internal Audit functions of Enterprise Life Assurance Company (Nigeria) Limited.
He served in several capacities in his career as an Internal Auditor in Royal Exchange Plc (a Group with subsidiaries in Non-life Insurance, Life Assurance, Health Insurance, Microfinance Bank and Finance & Asset Management) between 2013 and 2022. He subsequently joined STACO Insurance Plc as an Internal Audit Manager in January 2023 where in conjunction with the Head of Internal Audit drives the Internal Audit Plan, Strategy & Framework of the Department. Prior to joining Royal Exchange Plc, he worked as a Financial Reporting Manager for AA Rescue Limited where he was responsible for developing the budget and budgetary controls and contributed immensely to the success of the business.
Professionally, Monday is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is an Alumnus of the Yaba College of Technology where he obtained a degree in Accountancy.
Olubukunola Onibiyo (ACIIN, AMNIM) is a seasoned insurance executive with over 17 years of experience across life and general insurance operations. She currently serves as Head of Technical at Enterprise Life Assurance (Nigeria) Limited, where she leads underwriting, claims, and reinsurance functions while supporting strategic growth and digital transformation within the organisation.
Prior to this role, she held leadership positions at Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc and Niger Insurance Plc, where she played a key role in expanding the company’s retail agency network to over 500 marketers. She holds an M.Sc. in Finance from University of Ibadan and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
Godwin Udom is an accomplished compliance and governance executive with over two decades of experience across insurance, banking, capital markets, energy, and multinational organizations. He currently serves as Senior Compliance Manager at Enterprise Life Assurance Company (Nigeria) Limited, where he oversees enterprise-wide regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, market conduct supervision, and governance advisory to the Board and Executive Management.
Over the course of his career, he has held several senior roles including Head of Compliance & Risk Advisor at Alternative Petroleum & Power Limited, Group Head of Ethics & Compliance at Eat N’ Go Africa Limited, Chief Compliance Officer at Dane Investments Limited, and Head of Regulatory & Compliance at Coronation Merchant Bank. He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.Sc. in Business Management from University of Uyo, Nigeria and is a Fellow of the Compliance Institute Nigeria (FCIN) and a member of several professional bodies including Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria (SCGN), the International Compliance Association (ICA), UK, and the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP), USA.
Mrs. Hamda Ambah was the Managing Director/CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, she was an Executive Director in the same company from 2009 with responsibility for Corporate and Investment Banking. She also served as a non-executive director on the boards of FSDH Securities Ltd (now FSDH Capital Ltd), FSDH Asset Management Ltd and Pensions Alliance Ltd (PAL Pensions) for many years. Mrs. Ambah is currently an independent non-executive director on the boards of the Infrastructure Credit Guarantee Company Ltd (InfraCredit), ValuAlliance Asset Management Ltd and Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Ltd. She is also a member of the governing board of the Corona Schools Trust Council. Mrs. Ambah began her banking career at the International Merchant Bank Ltd (IMB) in December 1982 after securing an M.Sc in Management Science from the Imperial College of Science & Technology in England in September 1982. Before that, she had qualified with a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Lagos in June 1980.
Mrs. Ambah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Norman Kelly is a Director of Investments and leads the LeapFrog Segregated Africa Investments (LSAI) Fund. The LSAI is an investment partnership established between LeapFrog Investments and the US-based global financial services leader Prudential Financial, which has as its objective to identify and make strategic investments in high quality financial services companies in selected African geographies. The LSAI’s first transaction was an investment into the Enterprise Group of Ghana in late 2017. A second substantial investment was announced in June 2020 whereby the LSAI acquired a 24% share in the non-operating holding company of the ICEA LION Group in Kenya.
As a senior actuary, with significant experience across industry, reinsurance, consulting and business development, Norman is widely recognised for his work in building and growing insurers across Africa.
In his current role, Norman is responsible for driving value and growth in the LSAI portfolio. He sits on the boards of Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees in Ghana, and the ICEA LION Life Assurance Company and the ICEA LION General Insurance Company in Kenya.
Prior to joining LeapFrog, Norman was a partner and director of the Actuarial and Insurance Solutions (AIS) practice at Deloitte Africa, where he advised large insurers on entering African markets and acted as statutory actuary for a number of clients.
Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in actuarial and mathematical statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand. He qualified with the Institute of Actuaries and is a fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
Norman began his career at South African insurer Old Mutual, before working in a number of actuarial consulting roles. He headed the actuarial function for Sanlam’s developing markets subsidiaries and managed their bancassurance relationships across Africa. Norman was then appointed business development actuary at SCOR Africa, where he helped develop the firm’s innovative, first-in-market life insurance product for low-income HIV-positive Africans.
Francis holds a 1st degree in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MA in Library and Archival Studies from the University of Ghana, and a Senior Management Development Programme Certificate from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
He is a Chartered Insurance Professional (ACII) and also a Principal Officer for Enterprise Life per requirements of the National Insurance Commission.
Francis has been an integral part of the business since 2005 when he joined as a Sales Manager, managing a team of Life Planners to sell individual policies.
In 2009, he was promoted to head the New Business Department with a core responsibility for underwriting and reinsurance. He was again, in 2011, appointed as Head of the Broker Relations Department to manage and continue the development of that channel for the distribution of Enterprise Life policies.
In September 2012, he was appointed as Senior Manager in charge of Distribution and in January 2016, elevated to Assistant General Manager status in the same role. With this, he had overall responsibility for the Agency and Broker Distribution Channels as well as Sales Administration and Training. He was, in January 2017, elevated to the position of General Manager in charge of Operations.
Francis was appointed as General Manager in charge of Distribution in 2018, thereby giving him oversight on all Distribution Channels including Agency, Special Markets, Corporate Risk and Alternate Channels, which has the High Net Worth, Akwantupa and Broker Units within it.
Francis’ key motivation is to ensure that the advantage of Enterprise Life Solutions is sold to cater to the life insurance needs of all Ghanaians.
Nelson brings on board his wealth of experience garnered in strategic planning, business development, product development, financial performance and regulatory compliance with primary focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Prior to joining the Enterprise Family, he served as the MD/CEO, Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc where he successfully spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives.
In his career journey to date, Nelson has held pivotal roles in Operations and Distribution having served as the Executive Director (Technical Operations) and Group Head Retail Operations, Director, Retail Channels all at Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc.
Nelson is an astute insurance professional and an accomplished trainer in risk management and business strategy, equipped with an in-depth knowledge of General, Life & HealthCare insurance principles/practice, Special Risks (Oil & Gas); Bonds, Underwriting and Marketing.

Duro’s professional experience of over 23 years cuts across various companies in the Financial Services Industry. He has strong expertise in Distribution, Partnerships & Business Channel Management.
He joined Enterprise Life from Leadway Assurance where he had responsibility for driving Retail Business, Bancassurance & Non Bancassurance Partnerships. Duro was a key resource person in Leadway’s Group Synergy Project which successfully leveraged opportunities across the Leadway Group. He had previously worked in ARM Life where he was directly responsible for developing & executing Business Strategies to ensure that financial targets & other deliverables are met in the Retail Sales Team which included Agency, Worksite, Partnership/Alliances & Annuity Teams. During this period, he was also the spokesperson on the ARM Life Living Benefits Radio Show aired in Lagos, PortHarcourt & Abuja.
Other previous roles include First City Monument Bank as Head, Bancassurance& Custodian & Allied Insurance Limited where he had responsibility for driving Retail & Personal Lines Business. At Custodian, Duro was the spokesperson on the company sponsored Insurance talk show.
Duro holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Ilorin. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme and has also attended an Executive Training Programme at Regenesys Business School.
Augustine has a proven track record in quality assurance and managing profitable corporate portfolios in the insurance industry and possesses the needed dynamism and results orientation. He oversees the Corporate Business Portfolio involving, among other things, directing, supervising, and leading the sales operations within the corporate sector to deliver on an increased sales performance while upholding the best of standards in Enterprise Life’s Corporate businesses.
Prior to joining Enterprise Life Nigeria, Augustine’s career journey spanned Relationship Management in Direct Marketing, Financial Institution, Brokers Marketing, and Bancassurance, culminating in the role of the Head of Manufacturing and Conglomerate.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Lagos State University.
Augustine is also an Associate of Institute Insurance of Nigeria, a Member of the Institute of Business Strategy and a Member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management.
