Oluwaseun is a member of the Nigerian Actuarial Society (NAS) with over 8 years of experience cutting across the financial services industry. His role at Enterprise Life puts him directly in charge of Product Pricing, Financial Modelling amongst others.
He started his career in the banking sector, having worked as an operations officer with Zenith Bank. He had a leap in his career when he joined Lead Way Assurance in 2017 as a Life Operations officer to Senior Actuarial Analyst in the same organization.
Prior to Joining Enterprise Life Assurance, Oluwaseun also worked with AXA Mansard Insurance as a team lead for Life Actuarial Science.
Oluwaseun holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/Statistics (with a First Class Hons) from the University of Lagos where he received several awards for academic excellence. He also holds a master’s degree in mathematical sciences from the university of Cape Town, South Africa and a master’s degree in Statistics (with Distinction) from University of Lagos.
He holds a certificate of completion of the Young Insurance Professional Program (YIPP) in conjunction with London School of Insurance (LSI).
He has in view aim on qualifying as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and has made significant progress.
Duro’s professional experience of over 23 years cuts across various companies in the Financial Services Industry. He has strong expertise in Distribution, Partnerships & Business Channel Management.
He joined Enterprise Life from Leadway Assurance where he had responsibility for driving Retail Business, Bancassurance & Non Bancassurance Partnerships. Duro was a key resource person in Leadway’s Group Synergy Project which successfully leveraged opportunities across the Leadway Group. He had previously worked in ARM Life where he was directly responsible for developing & executing Business Strategies to ensure that financial targets & other deliverables are met in the Retail Sales Team which included Agency, Worksite, Partnership/Alliances & Annuity Teams. During this period, he was also the spokesperson on the ARM Life Living Benefits Radio Show aired in Lagos, PortHarcourt & Abuja.
Other previous roles include First City Monument Bank as Head, Bancassurance& Custodian & Allied Insurance Limited where he had responsibility for driving Retail & Personal Lines Business. At Custodian, Duro was the spokesperson on the company sponsored Insurance talk show.
Duro holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Ilorin. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme and has also attended an Executive Training Programme at Regenesys Business School.
Augustine has a proven track record in quality assurance and managing profitable corporate portfolios in the insurance industry and possesses the needed dynamism and results orientation. He oversees the Corporate Business Portfolio involving, among other things, directing, supervising, and leading the sales operations within the corporate sector to deliver on an increased sales performance while upholding the best of standards in Enterprise Life’s Corporate businesses.
Prior to joining Enterprise Life Nigeria, Augustine’s career journey spanned Relationship Management in Direct Marketing, Financial Institution, Brokers Marketing, and Bancassurance, culminating in the role of the Head of Manufacturing and Conglomerate.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Lagos State University.
Augustine is also an Associate of Institute Insurance of Nigeria, a Member of the Institute of Business Strategy and a Member of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management.
Daniel Larbi-Tieku, until his appointment as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, was the Chief Finance Officer of the Enterprise Group. Daniel was appointed the Chief Finance Officer for Enterprise Group Limited on 1st April, 2016 after serving as the General Manager, Finance for Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited between June, 2011 and March, 2016.
Prior to joining the Enterprise family, Daniel worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company where he started as a Management Accountant in 1998 and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Finance in the year 2000.
Daniel also worked in different capacities with Rank Hovis, UK, and Allied Walthamstow, UK between 1995 and 1998. He has attended a vast spread of international seminars and training programs, notable amongst them are, Coca-Cola Fast 1&2 development programs, National Examining Board for Supervisory Management, UK, Process and value engineering in Manufacturing, UK.
Daniel Larbi-Tieku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, UK. Daniel is a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Accounting from the University of Ghana and a finalist in a Master of Finance Degree with the University of Wales (Distance Learning).
Kelvin Gyekye brings in over 10 years of broad financial experience into his role as the Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Life Nigeria.
His career spans various sectors including financial services, mining, manufacturing, and FMCG. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served as the Head of Finance at Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited, Ghana from 2017 until 2020. He worked with Fidelity Asset Management Limited, Anglo Gold Ashanti, and Olam Ghana Limited, before joining Enterprise Life, Nigeria.
At Olam Ghana, he was awarded the most innovative manager in recognition of his excellence and transformational leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Central University Ghana, specializing in accounting. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
Dele is the Head of Business Technology Solutions at Enterprise Life, Nigeria, overseeing the execution of the company’s digital strategy.
He brings in over 18 years of experience as a solution specialist with vast experience in automation, digitalization, data science and artificial intelligence.
He began his career at the NBM Bank in 2002, kickstarting a successful career in the digital/technology space. By 2006, he joined Sterling Bank as the Regional Head Technology, a position he held between 2006 and 2011. While at Sterling Bank, he distinguished himself, serving and supporting the company’s mandate across different roles, until he was appointed as the Lead, Alternative Channels in 2017. In early 2020, he joined Trezor Limited, a company in the healthcare sector as the Chief Digital Officer where he led a team of digital experts to implement core technology solutions.
Dele got his first degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and is currently running an MBA programme in Advanced AI and Future of Automation with Nexford University, USA. He is a certified Microsoft Certified Solution Expert, a project manager and an ISO service management auditor and practitioner.
Amina is an Independent Director and former HR and Corporate Services Executive of MTN Nigeria with over 35 years' experience in legal consulting, banking and finance, energy and telecommunications.
She is the Managing Consultant of AKMS Consulting (business advisory and management consultants) a partner in Oyagbola Chambers and fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative – West Africa, part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She holds an LLB degree from Ahmadu Bello University, an LLM from Cambridge University, and MBA from Lancaster University.
Her passion for diversity and inclusiveness led her to establish Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR), a not-for-profit gender empowerment and strategic mentoring and leadership initiative for professional career women.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Until his appointment as Executive Consultant in charge of Group Expansion in West Africa, Cleland Cofie Bruce Jnr was the Chief Operations Officer for the Enterprise Group. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited where he led the company to become the biggest Life Insurer in the country.
C.C. Bruce served as Vice President of the Ghana Insurance Association and Chairman of the Life Council between 2010 and 2014. He also chaired the Life Committee of the African Insurance Organisation from 2009 to 2013. C.C. Bruce has over 30 years’ experience in insurance and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII, UK) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Ghana (FIIG).
He holds a DipFM (ACCA) and a Master Arts (Leading Innovation and Change) from York St. John University, UK.
Funmilayo Omo is the Managing Director, Enterprise Life Nigeria, a subsidiary of the financial services group, Enterprise Group. An astute insurance professional, she brings in over 30 years of experience into this role.
Prior to joining Enterprise Life, Funmi spent most of her formative career in African Alliance Insurance Plc until her appointment as the Managing Director in 2017. As MD, she championed the digital transformation of the company, ushering the company into the digital era, unlocking opportunities for its growth. Before that, she developed and successfully launched micro insurance as a strategic business unit and pioneered the design of the annuity products of the company boosting the annuity product range of African Alliance Plc to become one of the top 3 market players in the industry. She also pioneered the design, modelling, and marketing of Takaful as the pioneer Family Takaful Office in Nigeria.
Funmi is an alumna of the China European Business School and the Lagos Business School. A chartered insurer, she is a Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), an Associate Member, Chartered Insurance Institute, London, Associate Member, Certified Pensions Institute (Nigeria), and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management.
She currently serves on the Board of Freedom Foundation. Until 2016, she served on the Board of Trustees, Ajaokuta Steel Complex, Axiom Air and National Iron Ore Mining Company (NIOMCO), as well as on the Boards of Frenchies Food and PAL Pensions Alliance.
Funmi has received numerous awards for her contribution to the insurance sector. In 2019, she was recognised as one of the top 100 women CEOs in Africa by Reset Global People, a UN and Ghanaian Presidency initiative.
Keli Gadzekpo was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group Ltd in 2014.
He is the Co-founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Databank Financial Services and has over 15 years experience in investment banking. Since co-founding Databank, he has contributed to the development of the capital market and the Stock Exchange in Ghana through his oversight of Databank Brokerage Limited.
Mr. Gadzekpo is the Chairman of the Databank Foundation and also a Director of Ventures & Acquisitions Limited, Databank Epack Investment Fund and the North Ridge School. Mr. Gadzekpo went to Achimota School; he holds a BSc in Accounting from the Brigham Young University and is a CPA from the USA.
He is also a Mason Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he earned a Masters degree in Public Administration. He is Ghanaian.
