Jadesola Olorunrinu

Jadesola Olorunrinu is a seasoned insurance executive with over two decades of experience across technical operations, claims management, reinsurance administration, and customer experience. She currently serves as Executive Director, Technical at Enterprise Life Assurance Company (Nigeria) Limited, and previously held the role of Chief Technical Officer at Tangerine Life Insurance. Known for her results-driven leadership, she focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening processes, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

She began her career at Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited in 1999 and later played a key role in establishing the Life Department and Travel Insurance Unit at Unitrust Insurance Plc before joining UBA Insurance (formerly UBA Metropolitan Life). Jadesola holds a degree in Insurance and postgraduate qualifications, including a Master’s from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She is widely recognized for her expertise in retail and group life, bancassurance, microinsurance, and pensions administration, and has contributed actively to industry initiatives and professional development programs.

Mrs. Hamda Ambah

Mrs. Hamda Ambah was the Managing Director/CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, she was an Executive Director in the same company from 2009 with responsibility for Corporate and Investment Banking. She also served as a non-executive director on the boards of FSDH Securities Ltd (now FSDH Capital Ltd), FSDH Asset Management Ltd and Pensions Alliance Ltd (PAL Pensions) for many years. Mrs. Ambah is currently an independent non-executive director on the boards of the Infrastructure Credit Guarantee Company Ltd (InfraCredit), ValuAlliance Asset Management Ltd and Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Ltd.  She is also a member of the governing board of the Corona Schools Trust Council. Mrs. Ambah began her banking career at the International Merchant Bank Ltd (IMB) in December 1982 after securing an M.Sc in Management Science from the Imperial College of Science & Technology in England in September 1982. Before that, she had qualified with a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Lagos in June 1980.

Mrs. Ambah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Norman Kelly

Norman Kelly is a Director of Investments and leads the LeapFrog Segregated Africa Investments (LSAI) Fund. The LSAI is an investment partnership established between LeapFrog Investments and the US-based global financial services leader Prudential Financial, which has as its objective to identify and make strategic investments in high quality financial services companies in selected African geographies. The LSAI’s first transaction was an investment into the Enterprise Group of Ghana in late 2017. A second substantial investment was announced in June 2020 whereby the LSAI acquired a 24% share in the non-operating holding company of the ICEA LION Group in Kenya.

As a senior actuary, with significant experience across industry, reinsurance, consulting and business development, Norman is widely recognised for his work in building and growing insurers across Africa.

In his current role, Norman is responsible for driving value and growth in the LSAI portfolio. He sits on the boards of Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees in Ghana, and the ICEA LION Life Assurance Company and the ICEA LION General Insurance Company in Kenya.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, Norman was a partner and director of the Actuarial and Insurance Solutions (AIS) practice at Deloitte Africa, where he advised large insurers on entering African markets and acted as statutory actuary for a number of clients.

Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in actuarial and mathematical statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand. He qualified with the Institute of Actuaries and is a fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.

Norman began his career at South African insurer Old Mutual, before working in a number of actuarial consulting roles. He headed the actuarial function for Sanlam’s developing markets subsidiaries and managed their bancassurance relationships across Africa. Norman was then appointed business development actuary at SCOR Africa, where he helped develop the firm’s innovative, first-in-market life insurance product for low-income HIV-positive Africans.

Nelson Akerele

Nelson brings on board his wealth of experience garnered in strategic planning, business development, product development, financial performance and regulatory compliance with primary focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Prior to joining the Enterprise Family, he served as the  MD/CEO, Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc where he successfully spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives.

In his career journey to date, Nelson has held pivotal roles in Operations and Distribution having served as the Executive Director (Technical Operations) and Group Head Retail Operations, Director, Retail Channels all at Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc.

Nelson is an astute insurance professional and an accomplished trainer in risk management and business strategy, equipped with an in-depth knowledge of General, Life & HealthCare insurance principles/practice, Special Risks (Oil & Gas); Bonds, Underwriting and Marketing.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII) and Nigeria (ACIIN), a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria (FDMN), Fellow -National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIM) and Alumni of the Lagos Business School (LBS) and the prestigious IBM Marketing College Warbrook, London

He is married with two children.

Daniel Larbi-Tieku

Daniel Larbi-Tieku, until his appointment as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, was the Chief Finance Officer of the Enterprise Group. Daniel was appointed the Chief Finance Officer for Enterprise Group Limited on 1st April, 2016 after serving as the General Manager, Finance for Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited between June, 2011 and March, 2016.

Prior to joining the Enterprise family, Daniel worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company where he started as a Management Accountant in 1998 and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Finance in the year 2000.

Daniel also worked in different capacities with Rank Hovis, UK, and Allied Walthamstow, UK between 1995 and 1998. He has attended a vast spread of international seminars and training programs, notable amongst them are, Coca-Cola Fast 1&2 development programs, National Examining Board for Supervisory Management, UK, Process and value engineering in Manufacturing, UK.

Daniel Larbi-Tieku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, UK. Daniel is a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Accounting from the University of Ghana and a finalist in a Master of Finance Degree with the University of Wales (Distance Learning).

Amina A. Oyagbola

Amina is an Independent Director and former HR and Corporate Services Executive of MTN Nigeria with over 35 years' experience in legal consulting, banking and finance, energy and telecommunications.

She is the Managing Consultant of AKMS Consulting (business advisory and management consultants) a partner in Oyagbola Chambers and fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative – West Africa, part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She holds an LLB degree from Ahmadu Bello University, an LLM from Cambridge University, and MBA from Lancaster University.

Her passion for diversity and inclusiveness led her to establish Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR), a not-for-profit gender empowerment and strategic mentoring and leadership initiative for professional career women.

She is a fellow of the Institute of Directors.

C.C. Bruce Jnr.

Until his appointment as Executive Consultant in charge of Group Expansion in West Africa, Cleland Cofie Bruce Jnr was the Chief Operations Officer for the Enterprise Group. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited where he led the company to become the biggest Life Insurer in the country.

C.C. Bruce served as Vice President of the Ghana Insurance Association and Chairman of the Life Council between 2010 and 2014. He also chaired the Life Committee of the African Insurance Organisation from 2009 to 2013. C.C. Bruce has over 30 years’ experience in insurance and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII, UK) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Ghana (FIIG).

He holds a DipFM (ACCA) and a Master Arts (Leading Innovation and Change) from York St. John University, UK.

Keli Gadzekpo

Keli Gadzekpo was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group Ltd in 2014.
He is the Co-founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Databank Financial Services and has over 15 years experience in investment banking. Since co-founding Databank, he has contributed to the development of the capital market and the Stock Exchange in Ghana through his oversight of Databank Brokerage Limited.

Mr. Gadzekpo is the Chairman of the Databank Foundation and also a Director of Ventures & Acquisitions Limited, Databank Epack Investment Fund and the North Ridge School. Mr. Gadzekpo went to Achimota School; he holds a BSc in Accounting from the Brigham Young University and is a CPA from the USA.

He is also a Mason Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he earned a Masters degree in Public Administration. He is Ghanaian.
