Maclean is the Assistant General Manager, Operations. He is responsible for managing three key units under the operations division of the business namely; Benefit Payment, Operations Hub and Billing. Prior to assuming this role in April 2022, he was the Assistant Manager in charge of Advisory and Marketing.

He joined Enterprise Trustees Ltd in 2012 as a Client Relations Manager and rose to become the Head of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this role, Maclean was a Sales Manager at Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd Ghana. 

Maclean holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Tourism from the University of Cape Coast and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Leeds Metropolitan University (UK).

He is undertaking Chartered Insurance Institute Associate programme with one module to complete.
