Francis Koranteng is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a certified Insolvency Practitioner. He graduated from the University of Ghana with a degree in Business Administration. In addition, he belongs to the Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He joined the company's board of directors in December 2017. Areas of his specialties include corporate governance, corporate financing, risk and assurance among others. Francis has worked in the financial sector for more than 30 years, having begun his career as an Audit supervisor at PWC.
