The event reinforced its reputation as the nation\u2019s most credible platform for recognising outstanding contributions across the property and construction value chain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Director of the Ghana Property Awards, Madam Irene Agyenkwa, opened the ceremony with a call for innovation and resilience in the industry. She commended developers and service providers for their contributions to Ghana\u2019s evolving real estate landscape despite global economic constraints. Madam Agyenkwa also highlighted the rising demand for both residential and commercial spaces, the growing role of technology, and the importance of land banking in promoting sustainable national development.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of the event and CEO of PS Global Ltd, Mr Patrick Ebo Bonful, delivered an address focused on efficient land banking. He praised the Lands Commission for digitising land records and improving transparency while acknowledging challenges such as litigation, tenure insecurity, and land use conflicts. Mr Bonful stressed that effective land banking is essential for economic growth, environmental sustainability, and the development of schools, hospitals, and affordable housing schemes.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the Minister for Works and Housing and Water Resources, Mr Emmanuel Hovey Kporsu of the Rent Control Department, reaffirmed government\u2019s commitment to making land banking a national priority. He described land as the backbone of Ghana\u2019s housing and infrastructure agenda and urged stakeholders to treat it as a strategic national resource.<\/p>\n<p>The awards night celebrated Ghana\u2019s most innovative real estate institutions.\u00a0<strong>SHELBBiE Homes<\/strong>\u00a0won two awards:\u00a0<strong>Best Promising Property Company of the Year 2025<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Upcoming Property Brand of the Year 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, CEO of Afro-Arab Properties<\/strong>, received\u00a0<strong>Young Property Entrepreneur of the Year 2025<\/strong>, while\u00a0<strong>Ownkey.com<\/strong>\u00a0was recognised as\u00a0<strong>Prop-Tech Innovation Company of the Year 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Elegant Homes &amp; General Construction Ltd<\/strong>\u00a0earned\u00a0<strong>Best Residential Developer Middle Income (Luxurious) 2025<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Mayfair Estates Ltd<\/strong>\u00a0received\u00a0<strong>Best Residential Developer Upper Income (Exclusive) 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Ashmint Properties Ltd<\/strong>\u00a0was honoured twice as\u00a0<strong>Residential Developer of the Year Middle Income 2025<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Residential Developer of the Year Upper Income 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Other notable winners included\u00a0<strong>Neon Acres Limited<\/strong>, awarded\u00a0<strong>Discovery of the Year Property Developer with Potentials 2025<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Danywise Estate and Construction Ltd<\/strong>, recognised as\u00a0<strong>Best Developer of the Year Student Accommodation 2025<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Survey Kontrata<\/strong>, honoured as\u00a0<strong>Best Survey &amp; Engineering Firm Infrastructure Projects 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Enterprise Properties Ltd<\/strong>\u00a0received two awards:\u00a0<strong>Trusted Real Estate Broker of the Year 2025<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Best Real Estate Management Firm of the Year 2025<\/strong>, while\u00a0<strong>Bespoke Properties Ghana<\/strong>\u00a0was named\u00a0<strong>Management and Advisory Property Company 2025<\/strong>. In the finance category,\u00a0<strong>First National Bank Ghana<\/strong>\u00a0won\u00a0<strong>Diaspora Mortgage Provider of the Year 2025<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Mortgage Solutions Provider of the Year 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony concluded with optimism as organisers, industry leaders and stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to advancing Ghana\u2019s real estate sector.
