He previously occupied the role of Executive Director (Finance) for Enterprise Group\u00a0PLC from 2010 to 2016, and later as Executive Director from 2016 to 2018.\u00a0Prior to joining the Group, he\u00a0was\u00a0Chief Commercial Officer with Expresso Telecom Limited\u00a0from 2007 to 2010.\u00a0Emmanuel joined Unilever in 1980 where he\u00a0had a career spanning\u00a027 years in various financial and management roles. He is a Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">He is an experienced executive with strong strategic, managerial and financial skills gained internationally across various functions and processes and with a proven track record of integrity and consistent achievement and delivery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">He has extensive experience in corporate governance through active involvement on corporate board since 1999.
