Norman Kelly

Norman Kelly is a Director of Investments and leads the LeapFrog Strategic Africa Investments (LSAI) Fund. The LSAI is an investment partnership established between LeapFrog Investments and the US-based global financial services leader Prudential Financial, which has as its objective to identify and make strategic investments in high quality financial services companies in selected African geographies. The LSAI’s first transaction was an investment into the Enterprise Group of Ghana in late 2017. A second substantial investment was announced in June 2020 whereby the LSAI acquired a 24% share in the non-operating holding company of the ICEA LION Group in Kenya.

As a senior actuary, with significant experience across industry, reinsurance, consulting and business development, Norman is widely recognised for his work in building and growing insurers across Africa.

In his current role, Norman is responsible for driving value and growth in the LSAI portfolio. He sits on the boards of Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees in Ghana, and the ICEA LION Life Assurance Company and the ICEA LION General Insurance Company in Kenya.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, Norman was a partner and director of the Actuarial and Insurance Solutions (AIS) practice at Deloitte Africa, where he advised large insurers on entering African markets and acted as statutory actuary for a number of clients.

Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in actuarial and mathematical statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand. He qualified with the Institute of Actuaries and is a fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.

Norman began his career at South African insurer Old Mutual, before working in a number of actuarial consulting roles. He headed the actuarial function for Sanlam’s developing markets subsidiaries and managed their bancassurance relationships across Africa. Norman was then appointed Business Development Actuary at SCOR Africa, where he helped develop the firm’s innovative, first-in-market life insurance product for low-income HIV-positive Africans

Daniel Larbi-Tieku

Until his appointment to the role of Group Chief Executive Officer in April 2023, Daniel Larbi-Tieku was the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group PLC. He was the Group Chief Finance officer from 2016 before his appointment as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer in 2020.

Prior to joining the Enterprise family in June 2011, Daniel worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company where he started as a Management Accountant in 1998 and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Finance in the year 2000.

Daniel also worked in different capacities with Rank Hovis, UK, and Allied Walthamstow, UK between 1995 and 1998. He has attended a vast spread of international seminars and training programs, notable amongst them are, Coca-Cola Fast 1&2 development programs, National Examining Board for Supervisory Management, UK, Process and value engineering in Manufacturing, UK.

Daniel Larbi-Tieku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, UK. Daniel is a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Accounting from the University of Ghana and a finalist in a Master of Finance Degree with the University of Wales (Distance Learning).

Emmanuel Idun

Emmanuel has been a Non-Executive Director of Enterprise Properties LTD since 2019. He previously occupied the role of Executive Director (Finance) for Enterprise Group PLC from 2010 to 2016, and later as Executive Director from 2016 to 2018. Prior to joining the Group, he was Chief Commercial Officer with Expresso Telecom Limited from 2007 to 2010. Emmanuel joined Unilever in 1980 where he had a career spanning 27 years in various financial and management roles. He is a Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

He is an experienced executive with strong strategic, managerial and financial skills gained internationally across various functions and processes and with a proven track record of integrity and consistent achievement and delivery.

He has extensive experience in corporate governance through active involvement on corporate board since 1999. He is a Ghanaian.

Trevor Trefgame

Trevor is the Chairman of Enterprise Group PLC, is a graduate of Cranfield School of Management.

Mr. Trefgarne is British.

Kwabena F. Asante

Ken is a Quantity Surveyor and a Construction Engineer. He holds a BSc in Building Technology and Construction Management. He has over 30 years of diversified professional experience in construction and related activities and has held various positions as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Risk and Insurance.

Ken was a Manager and Managing Quantity Surveyor at Taysec Construction Limited(TCL), then part of Taylor Woodrow Group of Companies, between 1989 to 2009. Prior to joining TCL, he worked for T.H.Gorringe Limited in Crawley and Petra Contracts Limited and Petra Contracts Limited in London U.K.

He has served on various boards which include Mainstream Re-Insurance Company Ltd, Adansi Rural Bank Ltd, Bulk Oil and Storage and Transportation ltd etc

Presently, he is the Managing Director of Hospital Engineering Ltd.

He is a member of the American Society of Engineers and the Institute of Directors of Ghana.

Keli Gadzekpo

Keli Gadzekpo was appointed the Board Chairman for Enterprise Group PLC in 2023. Prior to, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group PLC from 2014. He has over two decades experience in investment banking since co-founding Databank, he has contributed to the development of the capital market and the Stock Exchange in Ghana through his oversight of Databank Brokerage Limited.

Mr. Gadzekpo is the Chairman of the Databank Foundation and also a Director of Ventures & Acquisitions Limited, Databank Epack Investment Fund and the North Ridge School. Mr. Gadzekpo went to Achimota School; he holds a BSc in Accounting from the Brigham Young University and is a CPA from the USA.

He is also a Mason Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he earned a master’s degree in Public Administration. He is Ghanaian.

Emmanuel Afriyie Amoako

Emmanuel is currently the HR Business Partner for Enterprise Insurance and Enterprise Properties. He is responsible for Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance Management, and other core HR duties that support the business to achieve strategic objectives in both subsidiaries. He has also been active in strategy planning and project implementation for both subsidiaries and is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Emmanuel works closely with the Business Development Unit in undertaking CSR activities for Enterprise Insurance and is also a member of the Management Negotiation team that deals with the ICU union during review of Collective Agreement and salary negotiation or Wage Opener. He has contributed significantly to Group HR projects such as Standardization of employee grading and remuneration, development of HR Policy and employee handbook. He has successfully led the organization of various corporate events designed to improve people management within Enterprise Group.

Prior to joining Enterprise Group, he worked as HR Consultant at PsyconHR Limited where he was involved in various assignments for Private sector, state-owned and NGO clients in areas such as HR Technical assignments (development of strategy, process reviews, design of HR Protocols), Design & facilitation of Training programmes, organisational research and recruitment (lower level, middle management and Executive level). Emmanuel also worked with Expresso Telecom (Ghana) as a Talent Manager, where he was responsible for managing Recruitment, Training, Core HR Operations, Negotiations with the Union and Corporate Social responsibility activities.

Emmanuel is a certified HR Professional (HR Certification Institute – USA) and a Qualified Trainer. He also holds an MBA (HRM Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and a B.Ed. Foundations (Economics) degree from the University of Cape Coast.

Emmanuel has been a resource person for capacity-building organisations such as DUES Club, PIMI, Soul Impact and other youth-related organisations.

Eugene Nelson Addy

Eugene is an astute architect by profession with over a decade’s experience in the built environment fraternity. His expertise spans other associated fields in addition to procurement.

Prior to joining Enterprise Properties, he worked as a Facilities Specialist Consultant at CBRE Excellerate and also worked at Broll Ghana Limited as Operations Manager of the Facilities Management  Division.

Eugene has been involved in a number of projects across many industry sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, mixed use and residential.

He possesses the industry acumen to execute contracts, manage vendors, effectively plan and manage projects, implement workplace solutions, space planning and design as well as developing and managing budget for Capex and Opex expenses. He is an ardent soccer enthusiast and loves to travel with his family.

Kwame Odoi-Agyarko

Kwame is a financial strategist with over twenty (20) years of extensive business knowledge in the finance sector of the economy, specifically in banking, corporate finance and insurance.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Kwame was the Fund Manager for Ecobank Venture Capital Limited Company managing a portfolio of USD20.00m that invested both debt and/or equity in Small/Medium size companies in Ghana.

Kwame is also a chartered accountant with extensive experience in risk management and credit analysis over his tenure with Ghana Commercial Bank and Ecobank.

He has held a number of senior job roles and has been a consultant on several Ministry of Trade projects to assist the private sector of the Ghanaian economy.

Kwadwo Nini Owusu

Kwadwo Nini Owusu has over two decades of experience in real estate and financial services and has established a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence. Currently, as the General Manager of Enterprise Properties LTD (EPL), Kwadwo oversees a comprehensive range of property services, including developments, facilities and property management, project management and brokerage services.

Prior to his tenure at EPL, Kwadwo served as the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate Ghana, where he was responsible for the operations within the country, encompassing property and facilities management of iconic commercial buildings in Accra, business strategy, business development, operational delivery, and people management.

Kwadwo’s career also includes a significant tenure at the African Management Services Company (AMSCO), a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), African Development Bank (AfDB), and International Finance Corporation (IFC), aimed at strengthening SMEs across Africa. As Country Manager for Ghana, he developed and executed business strategies, drove innovation, and expanded service lines to increase revenue and development impact.

Kwadwo holds a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Wits Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana.

His professional development includes certifications in business continuity management, health and safety, securities trading and various leadership courses across Africa and Europe. He has also worked across several African countries including South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Cote d’Ivoire.

Throughout his career, Kwadwo has been committed to fostering high-performance cultures, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. His diverse experience and strategic approach have consistently delivered value and innovation in the organizations he has led.
