Grace holds an MBA from the University of Staffordshire, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing from Central University, Ghana.

She joined Enterprise Life in 2019. Prior to joining Enterprise Life, she worked with Standard Chartered Bank Ghana and subsequently, UniBank Ghana where she led the formulation and implementation of the High Net worth Banking and Wealth Segment Strategy.

Grace provides strategic leadership for the Alternate Channels which comprises the Broker- Retail Business, High Net Worth Segment, and Akwantu Pa Unit of the company. Her focus is to create strategic partnerships, drive sales and manage relationships to achieve business growth and to maintain business relationships with key channel stakeholders.
