This rating signals a strong ability to financial obligations even in challenging conditions, giving customers and partners confidence in the company\u2019s stability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faster Claims, Simpler Processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, Enterprise Insurance has focused on improving how quickly and transparently Claims are processed.<\/p>\n<p>A key milestone was the growing number of customers who benefited from the award-winning Same Day Motor Claims Service, pioneered in March 2018 to significantly reduce waiting times for minor motor claims.<\/p>\n<p>The Same Day Motor Claims Service allows customers with minor Motor Claims to receive payment on the same day once vehicle inspection and claim requirements are satisfactorily completed.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of 2025, more than 32,000 customers, benefited from Same-Day Claim settlements. Over GHS 30 million has been paid under this initiative since its inception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Innovation in Claims Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To further improve customer experience, in 2025, the company introduced ClaimXpress, a digital platform that allows customers to track their Claims in real time.
