Alfred holds a law (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and has been a lawyer since 1994.

He holds a diploma in Applied Insurance Studies from the Malta International Training Centre, a Diploma in Insurance (Dip.CII) from the Chartered Institute of Insurance (UK) and has participated in various courses and seminars both local and overseas.

He has been in the insurance industry since 1996 with experience in various aspects of insurance such as underwriting and claims management.

Vanessa joined Enterprise Life on February 2^nd, 2003 as a Sales Manager. She was moved in 2007 to set up and manage the Broker Department. In 2010, she was transferred to manage the Company’s relationship with Barclays Bank as the Head of BBG Banca.

She joined the New Business Department in 2012 where she was in charge of Underwriting, Reinsurance and Product Development. She rose to become a Senior Manager in charge of Group Operations.

Vanessa in January 2019 joined Enterprise Insurance as  Head of Retail Distribution.

She holds a degree in Management and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast, and MBA in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She has a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Institute of Insurance, UK (CII).  Vanessa has also completed a Management Development Program from the University of Stellenbosch.

Emmanuel is currently the HR Business Partner for Enterprise Insurance and Enterprise Trustees. He is responsible for Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance Management, and other core HR duties that support the business to achieve strategic objectives in both subsidiaries. He has also been active in strategy planning and project implementation for both subsidiaries and is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Emmanuel works closely with the Business Development Unit in undertaking CSR activities for Enterprise Insurance and is also member of the Management Negotiation team that deals with the ICU union during review of Collective Agreement and salary negotiation or Wage Opener. He has contributed significantly to Group HR projects such as Standardization of employee grading and remuneration, development of HR Policy and employee handbook. He has successfully led the organization of various corporate events designed to improve people management within Enterprise Group.

Prior to joining Enterprise Group, he worked as HR Consultant at PsyconHR Limited where he was involved in various assignments for Private sector, state-owned and NGO clients in areas such as HR Technical assignments (development of strategy, process reviews, design of HR Protocols), Design & facilitation of Training programmes, organizational research and recruitment (lower level, middle management and Executive level). Emmanuel also worked with Expresso Telecom (Ghana) as a Talent Manager where he was responsible for managing Recruitment, Training,   Core HR Operations, Negotiations with the Union and Corporate Social responsibility activities. 

Emmanuel is a certified HR Professional (HR Certification Institute – USA) and a Qualified Trainer. He also holds an MBA (HRM Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and a B. Ed. Foundations (Economics) degree from University of Cape Coast.

Emmanuel has been a resource person for capacity building organizations such as DUES Club, PIMI, Soul Impact and other youth-related organizations.

Paul is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of the United Kingdom & holds another Chartered Insurance status with the CII Ghana. He holds an Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Diploma in Insurance from the West African Insurance Institute, Gambia, Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Ghana, Legon.

He has over 25 years of diversified experience in branch network operations, Sales and Agency Management in the Insurance Industry with skills acquired from both local and international training in Leadership, Management, and Insurance.

He is competitive, enthusiastic and a well-organized achiever with excellent practical sales and marketing skills having risen through the ranks by occupying significant roles as the National Sales Force Manager, Senior Manager for Agents’ Management which led to the building of a robust agency system for Enterprise Insurance.

Other projects initiated include cross selling, building a customer centric culture, selling insurance through third parties like the Telco’s and fuel outlets, penetrating the informal markets and distributing insurance through digitalization and other relevant mediums.

He is also a member of the Ghana Agricultural Insurance Pool Technical Committee which is sponsored by the GIA, NIC, GIZ and the World bank and has served on various committees of the Ghana Insurance Association like the External and Public affairs and an educational campaign dubbed the Ghana Insurance Associations Drive Time Committee to educate the Ghanaian populace on Insurance.

Paul joined Enterprise Insurance in 2001 and is a firm believer in the mantra “Leadership through service.”

Patrick Ofosu is a seasoned Marketing and Sales professional with over 25 years hands on experience across different corporate worlds; FMCG, Banking and Telecoms of which 15 years has been in management.

Over the course of his career, Patrick has worked both locally and internationally in various roles such as Marketing Director, Group Product Manager, Marketing Advisor as well as Merger and Acquisition Manager spanning various territories such as Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Switzerland and parts of Asia.

Before joining Enterprise Insurance, Patrick was the Director of Marketing & Business Transformation at the Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG).

As General Manager for Business Growth at Enterprise Insurance, Patrick brings along a wealth of experience both locally and internationally to lead the Sales and Marketing function with the aim of spurring growth of the business.

Patrick is a Chartered Marketer with CIM-UK and holds an MBA in International Business from the Paris Graduate School of Management

Bernard is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate Member of The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) UK.

Bernard holds an MBA in Business Data Analytics, from Maryville University at St. Louis, Missouri (USA), a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Information Systems Management and B.Sc. (Hons) Computing-Information Systems from the University of Wolverhampton (UK).

He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) USA. He has also completed a Business Management Program from the University of Stellenbosch in Cape Town, South Africa as well as an Executive Leadership Exposure Program at Prudential Financial Inc. (USA).

Before joining Enterprise Insurance, Bernard was the Assistant General Manager, Technical and Life Administration for Enterprise Life Ghana. He was Head of Premium Administration, Bancassurance (Absa Bank), and Quality Control. He was also Head of operations in setting up Enterprise Life in The Gambia (West Africa). 

Bernard’s excellent work has won him many awards for innovation and digital transformation initiatives. He has expertise in the general management of insurance, and his business knowledge, coupled with his commitment to results, through leading change, accounts for his many successes in the insurance industry.

Araba is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and holds an Executive MBA in Finance with a First Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She joined Enterprise Insurance in 1999. She was appointed the first Internal Auditor of Enterprise Insurance in 2008. She rose through the ranks to become the Group Head, Corporate Audit & Assurance of Enterprise Group in 2011.

Currently the General Manager, Finance she is deeply involved in financial strategic planning and execution to ensure the business delivers value in terms of its strategic objectives.

Araba has tremendous experience in Auditing, Investigations, and Accounting and has attended a number of professional and leadership training both locally and internationally.

Prior to joining Enterprise Insurance, she worked at KPMG, an international Chartered Accountant firm.
